  • The app provides mood logging, journaling, wellness tips, breathing exercises, and AI‑powered insights based on your tracked data.
  • MindSpace is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It is intended for personal wellness tracking only.

3. Account & Authentication

  • MindSpace uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use MindSpace.
  • You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • MindSpace offers a free tier with core features and a premium tier (MindSpace PRO) with additional capabilities.
  • Monthly: $3.99/month with a 3‑day free trial.
  • Annual: $19.99/year with a 3‑day free trial.
  • Lifetime: $49.99 one‑time purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

5. Your Content

  • All content you create (mood entries, journal entries, notes) is stored locally on your device.
  • You retain full ownership of your content.
  • We do not access, read, or transmit your content to any server.

  • The AI‑powered insights and wellness tips are generated algorithmically and should not be considered medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MindSpace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using MindSpace at any time by deleting the app.
  • You may delete your account and all data from Settings → Delete Account & Data.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these terms.

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
