  • Mood Entries: Your mood ratings, categories, and optional notes are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
  • Journal Entries: Any journal content you write is stored only on your device.
  • Apple ID (Sign in with Apple): We use your Apple‑provided user identifier for authentication. We may receive your name and email only if you choose to share them during sign‑in.
  • Profile Photo: If you set a profile photo, it is stored locally on your device only.
  • App Preferences: Settings like reminder times and theme preferences are stored locally using UserDefaults.

2. How We Store Your Data

  • All mood and journal data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData (encrypted at rest by iOS).
  • Authentication credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain, Apple's secure credential storage system.
  • Your premium subscription status is verified through Apple's App Store and cached securely in the Keychain.
  • We do not operate any servers. Your data never leaves your device.

3. Third-Party Services

  • RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions through Apple's App Store. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
  • Apple Sign In: Authentication is handled through Apple's Sign in with Apple service, which provides privacy-preserving authentication.
  • We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

4. Analytics & Tracking

  • MindSpace does not track you.
  • We do not collect analytics data.
  • We do not use advertising identifiers.
  • We do not share any data with advertisers.
  • We do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because we have nothing to track.

5. Children's Privacy

  • MindSpace is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • Since all data is stored locally and we do not operate servers, there is no risk of children's data being transmitted or stored externally.

6. Your Rights

  • Delete your data: You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete Account & Data.
  • Export your data: Premium users can export their mood data from Settings.
  • Manage subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID settings.
  • Since we don't store your data on any server, there is nothing for us to delete on our end — you have full control.
